I wish to hire a profesional to work on my domain that requires wiki.domain.com, forum.domain.com, blog.domain.com and www.domain.com using drupal only if possible otherwise please advice.

I do not have a figure in mind but this website will be hosting resource depository for the gaming community.

Definitions of each sub have been laid out.

You can just set on the panel of you domain host like:
Redirect "forum.yourdomain.com" to "yourdomain.com/?q=forum"
Redirect "blog.yourdomain.com" to "yourdomain.com/?q=blog"

If you still have problem, maybe I can do it for you.

i need to set those pages up with the relevant modules and infrastructure.

Working for the whole project and just setting the domain are totally different. You need a specification, otherwise no one knows what are you going to do, and also budget.

I think you need to order project specifications with architecture design and estimate. to start the works. This is most important and expensive part of development proccess. Could you give rough budget amount for the project?
