How do i import the global twitter account tweets?

I set up a global account for the site, and gave people on my site the ability to have their personal accounts. So...How am I supposed to get this module to import the global twitter account? No matter how many times I put in the username and password in the twitter setting page, nothing happens. I tell it to import but it doesn't. Also Since the global account appears in everyone's account page it shows up wrongly. the icon will not import in and when i check import and save settings, the check box becomes unchecked and nothing happens.
