Looking for a module similar to ebay feedback and display as a list on a page

Hi,

Firstly, I just want to say how amazed I am with drupal and so glad I gave it go (previously used joomla). Now I am totally hooked and love it!!! Much better than Joomla and seem to be in full control. Keep up the excellent work.

Now to business... I have been looking for a module that acts and looks a bit like ebay feedback where a user can rate my services (PC repair company) for say value, speed, satisfaction etc and leave a comment / their name / email etc.

Then ideally this should be displayed on a page as list (similar to ebay feedback pages). Take a look at my site review page (http://www.pcease.co.uk/reviews) for a basic idea of what I am looking for.

I am still getting used to how to plug the modules together and how to use them so please bare with me. I have installed Views, Voting and Fivestar modules and wondered I could use a combination of these but thought I would ask if such a module already exists.
