The 'Right' sidebar is located on left, where a 'Left' sidebar should be located. The right portion of the screen is unusable, and should be used for the 'Right' sidebar.

It's defined consistently as right so I see where it could be confusing using the blocks admin page to add a region to the right sidebar yet it's output where one would expect a left sidebar to go.

The theme isn't built for a proper right sidebar so your comment about this is more of a feature request then an issue, although I do agree it might be a good idea to have a right sidebar.
