Nodes with some same fields of an other node

Hi,

I'm looking for a module or another solution for the following request:

I have big user-profiles with over 30 fields.
And I have content-types in which are some fields of that user-profile also.

Now I'm looking for a solution for creating or editing nodes with some of that corresponding fields.

But I only want to create the user-profile for one time and the content has to filled automatically into the corresponding fields of the other nodes.
And with other words: if I am correcting fields in that user-profile, the changes are made automatically in the other nodes.

Does anyone know a good solution for me?
Or is there a simple module for that request?
Please help.
