HTMLArea module doesn't work with Internet Jobs Theme

Issue Summary

I installed a brand new drupal site with this theme, and when I switch to it, HTMLArea doesn't work.
When I switch back to the other theme (Burnt or Pushbutton for example), the HTMLArea module works again.

It generates an '"start_editor" is not defined' error.
