Tabbed module interface

I searched about it, but couldn't find a topic about this idea, if it is a duplicate, sorry in advance.

I really would like to see a tabbed module interface, which each tab handles submitting and loading form data independently in the core of upcoming releases. Even in 6 if possible to integrate. Which will help us to get over our anxiety to click the module link in administration.

Each tab should not have more than 10 entries or another approach to improve performance, load time etc.

I think this will impact developers productivity a lot.

Please send your comments about same or different approaches about this issue.
