I've been thinking of integrating my personal website with Facebook using fbconnect. Unfortunately, it seems that I wish to use it the same way I use my Facebook account, fairly private except for friends and family. If I integrate fbconnect to my website for logging purposes (for starters) can I:
1) Limit automatic logins to only my Facebook friends?
or
2) Force administrator approval for a Facebook account to be allowed access to my website.
Any help in this regard will be appreciated!!
(Sorry for placing this question here, but I tried the Forums and my posting was lost in the noise.)

ricardoruiz commentedMore info:
I installed fbconnect beta 8 and had no luck getting the settings stored (admin page). I downgraded and got beta 7 to work. I also had to hack the page.tpl.php on my theme to get the login button to show.
As far as I can tell, any Facebook user can login to my website even though I have Drupal accounts set to need administrator approval. So, fbconnect bypasses all my security.
Unfortunately, this does not work for private websites.

gobinathmClosing the issue. It was inactive for a long time & it's related to a Drupal Version which is not supported anymore
Reopen it if its still relevant to latest versions
