I can't find a way to hide the site configuration control from user roles with admin ability. There is nothing in user privileges to control this.

JaredAM commentedThe module is tied to "access administration pages" should eyecandy have it's own permissions? If someone can access the admin pages, then shouldn't they also have access to the eyecandy admin page?
If this is a needed feature, I could roll a patch.

Peel commentedYes, it would be helpful to have some finer grained control of this. I have a large organization and several different levels of admin: those that can only manage users, those that only have access to the e-commerce pages, etc, that require them to have "access administration pages" permission. I don't want these admins changing features (JQuery Eye Candy) that would affect all areas of the site that are outside their domain.
