For various reasons, the project OG Donate (http://drupal.org/project/og_donate) did not happen, so I wonder whether it would be possible to delete this project and the one issue from d.o. and free up the namespace?

If someone wants to take over the namespace they can re-open this issue and we can transfer project access to them. I've marked the module as abandoned and closed the issues queues and disabled releases.

Note to the webmaster if/when this ever gets marked back active and transfered to another maintainer, please re-enable the issue queues and releases.
