New and updated functions in 4.7 API

Wouldn't it be a good idea for someone to compile a list, in the documentation, of the new and updated functions in Drupal 4.7?

For example, drupal_to_js() is a good one.

I know about the drupaldocs.org site. However, it doesn't make clear about what is added or updated in 4.7.
