Issue Summary
Attached is a module for the Redsms.co.uk gateway. The code is based heavily on the clickatell module, and so there may be leftover redundant or broken code. It all works for me and is due to be implemented on one of our sites soon, though I haven't done extensive user testing.

I think each gateway should have its own project on drupal.org with a name in the format of sms_[gatewayname] rather then being added into this module.
