I am a bit unsure on the zone codes being required,

The address format only uses postal code and city, Wikipedia lists them, so i included them.

I suggest putting in the PostgreSQL fix from #509312: PostgreSQL doesn't do multiple-row INSERTs until Drupal 7 before these are committed.
