Issue Summary
Only the open quote in the mission div (for the site mission statement) appears in any of the browsers. There is a quote-rtl.jpg already crafted and used in the rtl files for the theme. Anyone figure out how to get that into the mission div (other than a brute force IMG tag which doesn't really look right)?
