Hello, I am looking for a way to receive replys when somebody leaves a comment on nodes on my website (Jamrie.com)

The nodes are (blogs, advice, and pms)
I would like a way for the user to receive a email stating, "You have received a reply on..." Or something related to that. If there is a module that can do that, please let me know.

If there is not, then I would like someone to create that on my website.
My budget is: $20

If you cannot work near this budget, please email me with the budget you can work with.
