_nodewords_get_possible_tags(TRUE) is not returning the list of meta tags

_nodewords_get_possible_tags() returns the list of meta tags, but _nodewords_get_possible_tags(TRUE), which should return the list of actually enabled meta tags, doesn't return anything; this is the reason why the settings page doesn't show any form fields for the meta tag values.
