"Add child page" dropdown list in book links does not show up [#516550]

Hi,

the "Add child page" dropdown list in book links does not show up in my content types after installing, enabling and configuring the "BookMadeSimple" module (version 6.x-2.2 from Google Code). I'm using a heavily customized sub-theme of Zen with some modifications to $links.

PS: Just for the record: I'm mainting my modules through Drush, an installed BMS 6.x-2.2 will be downgraded to BMS 6.x-2.1 when running drush refresh ; drush update (thus had to uninstall BMS).

Can you be more explicit ?
Does the dropdown listbox show ?
Does it show without values ?
Can you send me a copy of the BMS section of the content-setting and BMS settings too.

No.

Sorry, I uninstalled the module and can't use it until it complies to Drupal's release standards (meaning: integrates correctly into the "Update status" mechanism).
