View in a form

Hi..
I created a view which shows me a table. I altered the table with a template. Each row now has an additional checkbox. Now i want to wrap a form around the table. I want to add an submit button an so on. But i don´t now how to do that. Is there a way to access the views table with an own module to add the form itself, additional form elements and a submit function?
