I am installing the module include the .dat file in the data directory and the .inc in the lib directory
but when I try to enable the module for use with ip2locale
admin/settings/ip2locale/backend
then I get the following error 

Call to undefined function user_access() in G:\domain.com\sites\all\modules\geoip\geoip.module on line 79

I can't find a call to user_access in the current version of the module. Please re-open if you're still running into this.
