For content creation, is it possible to allow for users to submit multiple entries for a field? For example, if they have one of the fields is a one-line text field called WEBSITE, and they had more than one website, than could click a button or something an enter a second website (and then a third, fourth, etc.)

Yes you can make multiple submission for a single field. When you add a text field (or any field), you will see a drop down box "Number of values" on its configuration page. It will define Maximum number of values users can enter for this text field.
'Unlimited' will provide an 'Add more' button so the users can add as many values as they like.

When you configure a field...
I've used this for imagefields, so I assume it will work for a simple text field....
When configuring your field, under "Number of values:" is reads
"Maximum number of values users can enter for this field.
'Unlimited' will provide an 'Add more' button so the users can add as many values as they like."

I'm trying to do this with multiple entries in the field. I got this to work with flexifield, but by default it shows several fields, and I want it to start by default not showing any fields unless you click on Add Another.
