Release doesn't have a .info file, module file named one thing folder named another [#517124]

There is no .info file in this module release. Thus the module does not show in administer -> modules

I took the time to place 2.0 on the project page, as your 1.0 release claims to have been imported incorrectly.

2.0 doesn't have a .info file in it either.

I created a .info file and still no avail. The module isn't showing up in the modules list so I can't enable it.
