I am trying to create a mobile version of my site. I believe that I followed the directions from Drupal, but when I try to get on my site using my IPod or my cell phone it comes up that it Can Not Find the Server.

Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Not sure what you have tried to do with your Drupal install for a mobile site. But take a look at this module, it might help: http://drupal.org/project/mobify
