Could Content Refresh be tweaked to also clear the static file cache generated by the Boost Module?

I'll take a look at the boost module to see whether it provides an appropriate interface.

I have looked at the source code of the Boost module which clears the cache when comments are added or moderated itself in its implementation of hook_comment.
