Help with install please

I get as far as step #6,
6) Select 'Galleriffic' for the row style. You will select a Title, description, and two imagefields. THE IMAGEFIELDS MUST USE AN IMAGECACHE PRESET in the field format.
But in my View, under "Defaults: Row style options", there is only one option in each drop down box, "Image (field_imagefield) - data", both for the Slide field and the Thumbnail field. My image presets are there, called Thumb and Gallery, and the galleriffic code is installed per instructions. The Live Preview at the bottom of the view edit page shows "Download Original" ten times.
I must have gone astray somewhere. Any suggestions?

Ok I have made some progress but am not quite there. The view works, and the Play, Previous and Next links work as expected. However the thumbnail images are not aligned in a grid and everything is in a vertical column on the left side. It seems that I am missing the theming which creates the nice galleriffic layout. See the attached screenshot. Suggestions, please?

this is a css issue. i'm going to add a base css file so folks don't have to make their own.

Please would you be willing to post your View settings? I would really like to know what you have done to get this to even display images.
