Hello,

I'm trying to add a new CCK field to a content type but it's not letting me. It was working fine very recently.

Here's what I'm doing:

1. Going to Manage Fields
2. Entering the new label, field name, and type (I get the same behavior no matter which type I try to create)
3. Hit Save

Normally here it would show me the setup screen for the field, but instead it's re-directing me back to the Manage Fields screen.

I'm hoping it wasn't a recent mod/core upgrade that broke it.

Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

can you pls provide the exact version of cck and drupal you're using. i may have a testsite on my staging server and you can
try it out there.

It's CCK 6.x-2.4
and Drupal core 6.13

Thank yasheshb, I was able to fix it. I disabled all of the CCK modules and then re-enabled them and it seems to have done the trick.
