Have you checked localize.drupal.org ? There is a proper place for importing your translations per project there. =)

Had a look at 'localize' but it looks like a novel from Franz Kafka… Probably there should be spend some thought on helping regular folks to submit stuff -- in that language list, there is not even German, and it leaves me totally confused. Well -- and I've been in that business since 1984…
