Rename "Global meta tags" as "Default meta tags"

Global meta tags are really the meta tag values used when there isn't a different value defined for the particular node, user, or taxonomy term. For that reason, they should referred as "default meta tags", in the user interface; similar change must be done in the code, so that the global meta tags are referred with a different identifier.
