Full overridability of node title, body, etc mapping

Right now, _alternative_ fields can be mapped to title, body, created, guid or url. But these mappings cannot be replaced by 'no mapping'.

By default, FEMP should show existing (implicit) mappings like feed item title -> node title and it should allow the user to remove these.
