When enabling the CSS aggregation feature from Drupal core, the arrows that appear next to folder elements in the browser view no longer appear.

file_browser.css line 48 --> div.file-folder.expanded > div.file-cells > div.file-toggle class appears empty after aggregation is enabled.

On my setup everything is working when the CSS and JS aggregations are enabled. Can you please try the dev version?
