Issue Summary
It's time that pathauto included support for the category module.

This feature has been committed to the category package as the new category_pathauto module.
I leave it up to the pathauto maintainers to decide whether or not they'd like to move the category_pathauto code into a category_pathauto.inc file in pathauto itself.
