Issue Summary
At a first glance not look like spam, but one look at the title and open that site then It seems to be spam

Looking at the user's other posts it's clear they are not a native English speaker, but it's hard to say if the most recent post is spam. Seems like they just don't understand how to use the Showcase forum.

Yes, you're right. It is not spam. still I suppose the title should change.

I revised the title and left a comment for the poster explaining that it's customary to not just dump a link but to give some kind of interesting info/story about the site.
