I just detected the bug so i have no idea what went wrong but the virtual host file for one domain has 10000 ServerAlias lines...

Hoi Adrian,

i'm not sure how the problem occured because everything just worked fine. I noticed a couple of days ago in aegir a long list of server aliases but i thought that a php loop displaying the serverAliases was the problem. Today i noticed the file size and had a look. I was using aegir 0.2rc or 0.2 it was on 20.06 (not sure when i did the update on 0.2). What's different to all other multi-sites is that this one was an imported site. Using a symlink to get it working. Are there log files i can post?
