I hope I didn't miss how to fix this already.
I'm using PHPList as well as SimpleNews for complicated reasons. I've ended up with separate My newsletter tabs in the Edit section of the users. Is there a way I can combine them into a single tab? I tried to just rename them, but it didn't work.

I'm sorry, but as it says in the README.txt, this module doesn't play nicely with Simplenews. For the time being, the only option is to choose between them...

Thanks. I did see that, but I wasn't sure if this was part of it.
It seems like we should be able to do something through template.php to rename one of them. I already do it for my tabs there.
