New features:
- Committed - #433384: Make mapper node-independent This allows for using feed element mapping on feeds that don't produce nodes. (Watch out for API changes.)
- Pending - #519126: Override which fields will be used for deduplication Allow for adjustments which fields will be used for deduplication (right now it is per default url and guid).
- Pending - #518180: Full overridability of node title, body, etc mapping
