The simplest way to explain this is that when you start to type a value for the State autocomplete (ex. F for Florida), then stop and delete the F (using the backspace), the cursor "jumps" outside the form field, and allows the user free access to "write" on the page. :)

Its the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. Truth be told, this is probably not an issue with Location, its just that that is the only place I'm accessing the autocomplete functionality.

Can someone else please try what I've described, and confirm that I'm not insane.

Oh, and it looks like it might be confined to IE (typical), as I see the behavior in IE8, but not in FF.
