There doesn't appear to be an overrideable row style template to correspond to a podcast feed item. If there were, #430850: Map pubDate, summary, author elements, etc. to custom fields, for example, could be accomplished on the theme level.

+1, any idea what this would take? Perhaps this would be a great thing to raise a few bucks for and hire a developer.
