Hello,

* Content_profile installed (http://drupal.org/content_profile)
* Role "test" created
* Content type created with 2 fields
* Content Access turned on so I can put the permissions for these fields
* Title expelled auto_nodetitle (http://drupal.org/project/auto_nodetitle)
* In admin/content/node-type/freelancer-profile ticked "Use this content type as a content profile for users"

Problem:

Content in Profile tab, I expect a list of roles so that I can choose the role this should apply to, but the list of roles to is missing.
I enabled all rights for the content fields.

Did you configured Auto Assign Role module ? if you have then try with DEV version. It is working for me. Initially I was not using DEV and faced same problems.

I did, and it's still missing. I'm back to using just profile, because of time pressure....
