Error in geocode_widget.module

Setting up a geocode works fine for me (more or less :) ), but when I try to submit a node form, which has a geocode field in it, which is supposed to be populated by a textfield I get following error:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /*****/sites/all/modules/geocode/modules/geocode_widget/geocode_widget.module on line 71.

The node then shows up fine, except that the geocode field doesn't show up like it should.
