text shows but images don't

Something is awry and I can't figure out what. My home page shows fine when viewed under content, but when you click on the home tab the body just shows text the image isn't there. Possibly related, not sure, I have created a block with just a copyright statement and placed it on the left. The block shows fine (I have it justified center with a shruken down logo) however when the page is viewed it shows as a text line that is justified right. ?? Could something be squirrley with wysiwyg/fckeditor? I had all this working before the major disaster, just can't remember how. Thanks in advance.
