The bug is because of line number 22, where the users table is not wrapped in { } and this causes sites with table prefix throw error when the user starts typing in the "to" field of the write message screen in private message module.

Please try the current -dev release, this should have been fixed per #514012: User Relationships integration with Privatemsg autocomplete error.
