Setting up a new page, choosing flexible layout and then attempting to remove the existing region that is there by default results in a popup stating 'Invalid display ID'. I can't remove the region.

I have tried again from the begining, I have tried updating and saving between each step - always the same. I'm using the very latest from CVS today

If you were using a panel node or a mini panel, then I'm pretty sure I fixed this.

Same here.

I'm using a Advanced Profile Kit + Panels 3 scenario. The panels where correctly created and work ok, but if I try to add a new region with the layout designer, or another one action, always gives me a "Invalid display id." popup.

I just fixed the stuff with the layout manager today. It'll show up the next time a -dev is built.
