The above was in the apache log, and had the domain name *censoring* taken out by drupal.org's input filter....

Anyway, was using D6.13, CCK 2.4, and fresh cvs checkout of qb as of an hour or so ago.

Error unaffected by selecting various API versions from Site Config -> Quickbooks -> API task screen

Committed a fix for this ( http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=246170 ). Be sure to visit admin/settings/qb/api and re-save the "Quickbooks api version"
