When using the theme andreas00, the create content form (any content type) is always placed too far down the page below the lowest block in the left side bar. (See screen shot for example.)

This occurs in both 6.x-1.x-dev and 6.x-1.0.

My OS: Windows XP SP3
Browsers tested: Firefox 3.0.11 and IE8
