Sometime ago I've installed the module No Request New Password. Now I needed users to be able to request a new password so I've unchecked the module in admin/modules. The link appears but when clicked it goes to an access denied page. It's odd because both anonymous and authenticated users have permission to change own password.
Can anyone help me with this?

What do you mean users have permissions to change their own password? Where do you set that?
