I have several feeds "burned" and I would like to display them in the block, but also would like to change the name of each feed link in that block, instead of having the name of the site.

I too would like to rename the title of the feed in the block. "news/rss" is not exactly appropriate.

If I have time, I may look at it myself and create a patch. It maybe as simple as creating a title field in the db table and on the form.
