In the default themes, on book pages, next to the comment link, you can see links to add a child page and a printer-friendly link.
These links do not appear even while they appear for other themes.

This problem is caused by the way Nitobe is re-processing node links. This will be fixed in the next release.

This is resolved in the 6.x-4.0 release.
