Long story short...my home page loads when I browse to it. If I click on any content I get the internal server error, however if i use an old link I put on my home page prior to changing to search engine friendly URLs I can go to that content. I.E...mysite.com/node/9 doesn't work but mysite.com/?q=node/9 does work.

I can't log in to change back to the long form of URL which seems to work because I get the internal server error. I have tried downloading drupal 6.13's .htaccess file and replacing my original file with no good results

I recently upgraded to a deluxe hosting account with godaddy.com. I currently host two druppal sites and planned on hosting both domains under one hosting account. Godaddy took care of my primary domain and all is well with it, but the secondary domain is having problems. I downloaded the site to my local hard drive after performing an SQL backukp then uploaded to the new server and setup/ restored the sql database. . I have all of the domain stuff pointing in the right direction and have the settings.php working.

Any Ideas?

I was able to use my primary domain to log in (clean url's working) ie...primarydomain.com/sitefolder. There I could log in as admin and disable clean urls. I would like to use clean urls with my secondary site...anyone have any idea how to make it work properly?

click on the link above and scroll down, Server configuration for Clean URLs on a shared server, with .htaccess. I recomend that you read the entire page first.

I too am having the same difficulties, and have done all possible to make my Clean URL work; http://drupal.org/node/521936

If any one could help either of us that would be great.
