I want to make a consumer site with reviews, coupons and a directory of companies. How can I organize it so that when a user searches for a company name they can see the company profile, relevant reviews and relevant coupons. Should I create separate content types? What would I use for the directory of companies?

An example of what I want is this owsdeals.com/index.php
