Hi,
I have a problem with SIFR, I have installed it, I go to parameters, I see the fonts in "manage fonts", but when I add a new rule instead of fonts I see a blank square.

So, I select one blank square, and of course instead of the sifr on ly webpages it appears a blank square...

What happens?

Thanks

PS: I know sifr can work because before using your module I used SIFR in my theme...

It sounds like the sIFR isn't working. The "blank square" in the setup area is where the various fonts names are supposed to display in their own font.

Then you select one of these and the same thing happens to the areas which you have targeted.

Some questions:

1) Are you able to view other sIFR content with your current browser? (Do you have Flash Block installed?)
2) Are you able to see ANY of the fonts in the setup area? Or is this just happening for fonts that you have created yourself? If so, these font files may not have been created correctly. There was an update to the module last week that corrected the instructions for creating your own font files.

Mmm I know sifr should work, as I said, because I'm using sifr in my own theme and it works.
Just when I try to use it with your module that it does not work.

So I know I have no flash blocker. Moreover, even with flash blocker, I should be able to see my title as a classic font without flash, it is the way sifr is supposed to work.

If I refresh the page I can see the font name just a second before a blank square overwrite it.

If I add a new font, I can see its name, but just for the new font. But its name is with a standard font, not the sifr one, and even if I select this one, on my website it does not work.

Thanks

I just encountered the same problem I think.

In my case, ZoneAlarm seems to have been the culprit that was blocking the script(s). By going into "site list" in ZoneAlarm and enabling "mobile code" for the site/domain in question, the fonts became visible.

I do not have any firewall software...
And as I said, using sifr outside your module, so by modifying the theme, works perfectly.
Look at my website, it uses sifr: http://min.lledrith.info

How about this: Are you using the sIFR module inside of your theme that already implements sIFR?

In other words: Are you loading the sIFR library twice? Are they conflicting with one another?

Have you tried the module with other themes?

You're right, this is the problem, with another theme it works.
