I upload Profile Privacy into my server, but it shows disable
like this:
Supports configurable user profiles.
Required by: Profile Privacy (disabled)
Here is my path:
drupal6/sites/default/modules/profile_privacy
I think this should be correct, doesn't know what factor cause the disable...

make sure you've enabled the core profile module as well.
